Street Vibrations
Sep 24th, 2008 through Sep 28th, 2008
What better place is there than a motorcycle rally to celebrate your love for your bike? If you're going to celebrate then you need to be in a city that knows how to celebrate, and be at a rally that knows how to take full advantage of a city. That Motorcycle Rally is Street Vibrations in Reno, Nevada. Imagine riding through the mountains on a crisp September day and arriving at Street Vibrations, laying claim to the sixth largest motorcycle event in America. The fourth weekend of September turns Reno, Nevada into a playground for bikes and bikers.
Cruise up and down the streets of Reno, with the neon of the Casinos lighting your way; the chrome on your bike a shining testimony for your love of the ride. Enjoy the entertainment that only Reno can provide.
Street Vibrations motorcycle rally is a paid event. The registration fee is quite reasonable, and frankly, I can't quite understand why more of the attendees don't take the time to register. The extra events that come only with a registration are worth well more than the fee charged. The sponsors of Street Vibrations can give you much more information on the benefits of registration than I can here, so contact them!

Motorcycle related laws to know while attending Street Vibrations
One of the common complaints when returning from a major motorcycle rally is about the law being rampant, and giving tickets out for every minor infraction. While we cannot stop all tickets from being given, some of those tickets are due to you, the attendee, not being aware of some of the standard laws in the state. Below are some of the most common laws for Nevada. Be aware, though, that many rally locations have recently passed local ordinances that may be more strict than the state law. For example, a new noise ordinance was passed in Myrtle Beach just in time for the 2005 Fall Rally. I make every effort to keep this information up to date, but you may want to research them more just prior to going to an event, just in case they have changed.
